一位品质高尚、最早在香港上市的软件企业董事长，“中国管理·全球论坛”发起人，对此深有感触。针对过去25年事业与人生的起起伏伏，他决定“行有不得，反求诸己”。他花了三个小时的时间，深刻反省，像放电影一幕一幕地审视过往的自己。观照和反省那些不好的念头，他深感惭愧，深深地忏悔，发誓将污垢清除出去，永不再犯。
随后，他感到前所未有的轻松和自在，一种感动和震撼喷涌而出：“我深刻地体会到，常人的心总是被各种不明和私欲所遮蔽和障碍。年龄越大，污染越多。反省越早越好，忏悔越真越好。”净化心灵，自然心明眼亮。回顾过去的25年，他讲了这样一段肺腑之言：“创业的第一个十年是单纯的十年，产品单纯、服务单纯、想法单纯，因而建功立业，功成名就。第二个十年是迷失的十年，产品复杂、服务复杂、想法复杂，因而求胜心切，欲速不达。第三个十年的前五年是转型的五年，产品转型、服务转型、文化转型，由此回归初心，从心出发。”在过去的25年间，新技术、新趋势、新机会风起云涌。一颗纯粹的心灵能够敏锐感知身边的变化，而一颗迷失的心灵则会错失近在眼前的机会。现在他终于明白了，事业的起伏跌宕，完全是自己心灵品质高低的折射！
A renowned business leader and chairman of a software company was deeply touched by this idea. His company was among the first to go public in Hong Kong, and he is alsotheinitiator of China Management Global Forum. Reflecting upon the ups and downs in his life and career over the past 25 years, he decidedto follow the golden rule of“when things go wrong, look for reasons from ourselves.” Therefore, he spent three hours introspecting, andplayed one scene after another in his mind like in a movie. He observed and introspected on all his negative thoughts and felt extremely ashamed; hedeeply repentedsuch thoughtsand eradicated all his impurities.
Afterwards, he felt more relaxed and peaceful than ever, and a surge of excitement and affectionspurted out。“I deeply realized that the heart-mind of most people are shrouded and hindered by ignorance and greed; the older a person becomes, the more polluted his heart-mind will be。 It is better to introspect as soon as possible and repent as sincerely as possible。” When Xin is purified, one will naturally become sharp-eyed and clear-minded。 Looking back at the last 25 years of his life, he said the following words from the bottom of his heart。
“The first decade of my entrepreneurship was an era of simplicity。 The products, services and ideas were all clear and simple。 Therefore, I managed to build a successful business and enjoy the fame that followed。 However, the second decadewas a lost decade。 The products, services and ideas all became complicated; I was extremely desperate in success, yet haste makeswaste。 The first half of the third decade was about transformation。 The products, services and culture all underwent transformations。
Thereafter I regained my original aspirations and started again with a pure heart-mind。” Over the last 25 years, many new technologies, trends, and opportunities have emerged。 An individual with a pureheart-mind would be able to acutely sense the surrounding changes, whereas a lost heart-mindwould miss opportunities that are right under his nose。 Ultimately, the entrepreneur understood that the ups and downs in his career were precise reflections of his inner character!

不知不觉来到四合院当志愿者已经58天，读《文化自信与民族复兴》这本书也有一个月的时间了，感觉收获颇丰。
在四合院，很幸运能时时聆听到老师的心得体会，从老师们的无私分享中，我找到打开心灵宝藏的钥匙。原来打开心灵宝藏的钥匙就在自己身边，每天都带着它，诵读它，只是从没有重视它。就像大话西游中至尊宝对菩萨说：“我开始明白你说的话了，以前我看事物是用肉眼去看。但是在我死去的那一刹那，我开始用心眼去看这个世界，所有的事物真的可以看得前所未有的清楚……”
是的，当我们明白老师的教诲，当我们坚持用心读《文化自信与民族复兴》这本书，打开自己的心灵宝藏提升心灵品质，用心眼去看人、事、物时，真的可以看得前所未有的清楚！
