All animals have tongues, just like human.
We use our tongues to eat, so do animals. We use our tongues to taste, so do animals. We can stick out our tongues, so do animals.

From this page, we see some animlas. They are different animals. But they all have tongues, and their tongues are different too. The upper one is a bird. It has a thin tongue. The left side is a lion. It has a long tongue. The right side is a whale. It has a thick tongue. Although they have different kinds of tongues, their tongues are used to get and eat food.

Here is a lizard.Lizard is a kind of reptile.Its eyelids can move. Lizard’s each eye canlook in different place. The left eye sees one thing. The right eye sees something different at the same time. So amazing! And the lizard’s tongue is strange, too. It has two parts. The lizard’s tongue can shoot out and catch the food quickly.
