7月29日,隧道股份城建国际党委书记、董事长王旋东带队在城建国际香港区域中心启德发展计划KT5B项目调研,现场走访项目现场,详细了解项目建设情况,并慰问项目团队。城建国际副总经理马超光,副总经理张振陪同调研。

Wang Xuandong, Chairman of SUCGI, led a team to visit the Kai Tak KT5B project in Hong Kong Regional Center of SUCGI on July 29, visited project site, learned about project construction in detail, and offered greetings to the project team. Ma Chaoguang, Deputy General Manager, and Zhang Zhen, Deputy General Manager of SUCGI, accompanied the visit.

启德发展计划KT5B项目使用的矩形顶管,由隧道股份自主研发、设计和制造,设备浅覆土穿越了复合敏感砂土层,并下穿香港市区太子道东路的13条快车道,一路穿越废弃注浆管、污水管、清障软弱回填区、地下抛石块,近接高架桩基和雨水管等已有设施,穿越难度系数较大。项目经理戴兵是整个项目的“大管家”。他凭借多年积累的专业技能,通过对项目整体资源的系统整合,带领项目团队攻关克难,严密把握每一个微小细节,勤测量、勤注浆,在建设过程中不断优化管节压浆、土体改良,通过理论结合施工实际,制定出了精确到位的土压平衡参数、防沉降和控姿态技术。

The rectangular pipe jacking used in the Kai Tak KT5B project is independently developed, designed and manufactured by STEC。 The equipment is covered with shallow soil passing through the composite sensitive sand layer, and goes down through 13 expressways of Prince Edward Road East in Hong Kong, all the way through abandoned grouting pipes, sewage pipes, soft & weak backfill areas for obstacle removal, underground riprap, elevated pile foundations and rainwater pipes in vicinity, and other existing facilities。

The crossing difficulty level was high。 Project Manager Dai Bing was the “Big Butler” of the entire project with his professional skills accumulated over the years。 He led the project team to overcome difficulties through system integration of the overall project resources, got into every detail no matter how small it was, frequently measured and grout, and constantly optimized pipe joint grouting and soil improvement during construction process。 He developed accurate and precise earth pressure balance parameters, settlement prevention and attitude control technologies through combining theory with construction practice。

在他的带领下,项目团队43天完成了隧道推进,工期提前了近30%,同时实现了隧道轴线偏差小于30毫米、地面最大累计沉降小于10毫米、管节结构拼缝错台小于3毫米的优异成绩,将项目建设对城市设施正常运行、民众正常生活的影响降到了最低。

The project team completed the tunnel construction in 43 days under the leadership of Dai Bing, which was nearly 30% ahead of schedule. At the same time, they achieved excellent results such as tunnel axis deviation of less than 30 millimeters, maximum cumulative ground settlement of less than 10 millimeters, and pipe joint structure misalignment of less than 3 millimeters, minimizing the impact of project construction on normal operation of urban facilities and normal life of people.

During the visit process, Wang Xuandong, Chairman of SUCGI, affirmed the achievements of the project team in various aspects of work.
