看电影
除了watch a movie、see a movie，还有一个十分地道的口语说法：
由于放映时间根据电影院安排，观众要去凑放映时间，因此用了“catch”赶，和catch a bus、catch a train是一个含义
Movie theater/cinema: 电影院，前一个表达是美国、加拿大常用的，后一个单词则是英式英语中常用的
Blockbusters are big productions with big budgets and big casts: 大片是大制作，高成本、大明星阵容。
The movie did very well at the box office: 这部电影的票房非常好。

美国这个暑假最火的两部电影无疑是Barbie和Oppenheimer。这两部戏虽然看似故事、主题、受众截然不同，但却在同一天上映，并且贡献了今夏美国的一个红梗：

As different as these two movies seem on the surface, they both deal with self-discovery and existentialism: 虽然这两部电影从表面看截然不同，但是根本上都关于自我发掘、存在主义。
