同时，短期签证持有人和免签证旅行者必须在任何180天内停留90天以上，委员会建议为这些旅行者提供长期签证或临时居留许可(a long-stay visa or a temporary residence permit.)。
2，委员会认为，申根会员在处理未来的签证申请时，不应考虑与COVID-19出行限制有关的逾期。
