师欲善其教,必先悉其材。为了引导教师快速了解、熟悉新课标的变化,提高我校教师对教材的把握力,更好地掌握教材的知识架构,学会准确深入地挖掘教材、分析教材,进一步帮助教师更好地进行高效课堂教学。8月26、27日,语、数、外分学科开展了新学期教材解读活动。
In order to guide teachers to quickly understand and familiarise themselves with the changes in the new standards, and to further help them to better carry out efficient classroom teaching, the new term teaching materials interpretation activities were carried out on 26th and 27th August for Chinese, Mathematics and English.
语文组特别邀请了成都市教科院课程与教材研究中心、成都市教育学会小学语文教学专委会副会长兼秘书长罗良建老师、都江堰市教研室任小英老师和黄祖辉老师来到我校,聆听了六位老师的教材解读,并给予了指导。

罗老师分别对六位老师的单元解读进行了一一指导,提出了宝贵的意见。罗老师强调:随着课程改革的不断深入,核心素养的提出,单元整体教学成为语文教学的着力点,它让老师们看到的不再是一棵树木,而是一片森林。单元整合使能力培养更聚焦、更连续。它对老师解读教材,发现并整合资源的能力要求更高。
Teacher Luo guided the unit interpretation of the six teachers respectively. Teacher Luo emphasized that with the deepening of curriculum reform and the proposal of core qualities, the whole unit teaching has become the focus of Chinese teaching.
数学组邀请了成都市教科院幼小教育研究所所长张碧荣老师和都江堰市教研室主任张万龙主任、教研员胡涛老师对老师们的解读进行了一一点评,并提出了宝贵建议。张碧荣老师提出在单元的教材解读设计中,要明确知识的本质,明确知识的明线和暗线,最终形成我们灌州小学数学组自己的单元教材解读模版。
The mathematics group invited teacher Zhang Bilong, Director Zhang Wanlong and Teacher Hu Tao to comment on the teachers’ interpretation one by one and put forward valuable suggestions. Teacher Zhang Bilong proposed that in the design of unit textbook interpretation, we should clarify the essence of knowledge, and finally form our own unit textbook interpretation template of Guanzhou Primary School Mathematics group.

英语组邀请了成都市小学英语教研员樊波对老师们的解读进行了简要点评,并提出了一针见血的建议。樊波老师强调了单元教学目标的整体表达,单元课时的递进性以及教学评一体化的重要性,让学生的学习真正发生。
The English group invited Fan Bo, a teaching researcher, to make a brief comment on the teachers’ interpretation. Teacher Fan Bo stressed the importance of the whole expression of unit teaching objectives, the progressiveness of unit class hours and the integration of teaching evaluation.
