HOW TO PREPARE FOR THE EXAM
Writing
(1) Read more, take more notes, and remember several sets of composition templates before the exam especially classic long sentences.
(2) Use varied sentence patterns, and use advanced words, famous celebrities, English proverbs, etc.
(3)Clear and well-organized use of conjunctions and transitions. Ensure your smooth and complete writing.
(4)Make sure the writing is clean and the test paper is clean. The first two to three sentences must have no obvious grammatical errors!

（3）条理清晰，善用连接词、转折词，保证文章顺畅完整。

Listening
(1)The beginning part often leads to topics, and it’s easy to set questions and ask something about the topic.
(2)Pay attention to the logical wordstransition, causality, and negation that represent transitions and comparisons. The content of this section is generally emphasized by the speaker and is also the focus of the exam.
(3)The vocabulary or concept with a high repetition rate is often the subject of an essay.
(4)Listening part’s score is very high, we must listen carefully. If you don’t get it, don’t worry about one option, just give it up properly, and focus on the next question.

（1）开头往往会引出话题，容易设置考点，询问文章主题。
（2）注意表示转折和对比的逻辑词：转折、因果、否定部分的内容一般是说话人强调的内容，也是考试的重点。
（3）文章中重复率很高的词汇或者概念往往就是短文的主题。
（4）听力分值很大，一定要认真听。万一没听清，不要纠结于一个选项，适当地放弃，集中精力听下一题。

Fill in the blanks
(1)When answering questions, you must first give the option part of speech. According to the information before and after each blank, determine the part of speech of the vocabulary needed at the gap.
(2)The corresponding part-of-speech options should be brought back to the original text one by one. The option which has correct meaning, tense, and subject-match collocation is the correct answer.
(3)In the examination, it is suggested that you can give the fill in the blanks part for the last time and leave enough time for intensive reading.

「选词填空」
（1）选词填空题答题时首先要给选项分词性，根据每空前后信息判断空格处所需词汇的词性。
（2）把对应词性选项逐一代回原文，含义通顺、时态主谓搭配一致者为正确答案。
（3）考试中建议把选词填空放到最后做，充裕时间留给精读。

Translation
(1)Before translating, make sure you can correctly understand the meaning of the article. Even if it is difficult to say, it can be translated into simple Chinese sentence first.
(2)English has strict requirements on tense, don’t forget to translate the tense.
(3)In order to fully express the original meaning, adding or subtracting words can make the translation more smooth and easier to understand.
(4)Applying a fixed sentence pattern in English, these sentence patterns can add points, which could be a major highlight.
(5)Analyze the logical relationship between the upper and lower sentences, add some simple conjunctions, adjust the source language order. And your English translation will be more beautiful.

（1）在翻译前，先正确理解文章大体意思。即便遇到很难翻译的说法，也可以先变成简单的中文再进行翻译。
（2）英文对时态有严格要求，千万别忘记翻译时态的转换。

HOW TO STUDY AT ORDINARY TIMES
I think the most important thing in learning a language is to cultivate a sense of language. And my favorite way to cultivate a sense of language is to watch a play.To learn English by drama, you can choose English dramas that are generally fast and have few words. You can’t just care about how the plot develops. Try not to read Chinese subtitles. When you don’t understand or understand, go back and repeat it. In this way, you will gradually become accustomed to thinking in English. You are used to the laws of pronunciation, and the sense of language can be cultivated slowly. But this way requires you to watch the play patiently and persistently.The most important thing is to persistence.The sense of language is heard over and over again. We must insist on listening and practice.

平时学习英语的方法
我觉得学习一门语言最重要的就是培养语感。而我最喜欢的培养语感的方式就是看剧，用看剧的方式学习英语，可以选择那些语速一般、生词少的英剧美剧，不能只关心剧情发展如何，要尝试不看中文字幕，当你没看懂、没听懂的时候，就倒回去重来一遍。通过这样的方式，你会逐渐习惯用英文来思考，习惯发音规律，语感慢慢地也就能培养出来了，但这需要你耐心地看剧、坚持用这样的方式来学习英语，最重要的还是要坚持，语感都是一遍一遍听出来的，要坚持听，坚持练。
