一个人心灵品质的层面有多高，对于这一重大真理的认识就有多深。下面以五种入流之人的智慧层面为例，充分说明对此的明白和体证程度的差异。
以脚踏实地忠于职责的士人之心，呈现士人之道，拥有的是实用的智慧。他相信天道酬勤，一分耕耘一分收获。至于为什么付出和收获看似不对等，仍然不能理解。
以德才兼备志存高远的能人之心，呈现能人之道，拥有的是圆融的智慧。他明白短期内付出与收获虽然不对等，是因为有众多因素在叠加从而影响反作用。他认为，长期而言，付出与收获大体是对等的。
以厚德载物自强不息的君子之心，呈现君子之道，拥有的是深远的智慧。虽不能完全通达这一问题的真相，但他认为，反作用让他所拥有的一切，无论好与坏，基本上取决于自己的行为作用。
The higher the level of one’s inner character is, the deeper can one understand this vital truth. Let’s take “the level of wisdom” as an example to fully illustrate how the “five decent types of people” understand and testify it differently.
With Xin of the Dutiful, down-to-earth and trustworthy, one shall display the Dao of the Dutiful and obtain practical wisdom. He believes that “hard work is bound to be rewarded by Dao of Heaven” and that “you reap what you sow.” As for why giving and gain seem to be unequal, it is still beyond his comprehension.
With Xin of the Capable, talented and ambitious, one shall display the Dao of the Capable and obtain superior wisdom. He understands that the reason why giving and gain are unequal in the short term is that there are many factors multiplying and affecting reaction. He believes that, in the long term, giving and gain are roughly the same.
With Xin of the Worthy, highly virtuous and relentlessly diligent, one shall display the Dao of the Worthy and obtain profound wisdom. Although he cannot thoroughly grasp the truth of this dilemma, he believes that, all the things that endowed upon him by reaction, either good or bad, are generally determined by his own behavior-actions.

在接触致良知以前，很多时候会想要是我以后回到农村去，怎样才能做一些对家乡有意义的事情？甚至有时候想，国家提出来一系列好的政策，如何落实到基层？我一个人又能做些什么呢？我思考着，思考着，感觉自己进了一个死胡同。
我是谁？
我要去哪里？
我能为家乡做些什么？
我为社会做过哪些贡献？
很多类似的问题萦绕脑海，久久不能散去，直到结缘致良知后才慢慢开始懂得自己为何迷茫，心中有很多不知所措。在刚开始读《文化自信与民族复兴》这本书的时候，我并没有去读那些集团负责人的讲话，想着这有什么好读的呢？慢慢的我知道我走弯路了，貌似懂得很多道理，可还是依旧过不好每一天。我开始尝试着去读每个人的发言稿，读着读着就把自己给带进去了，读着读着就开始意识到自己心上的问题了，慢慢的从心里去反省，深刻反省这些年做过的事和正在做的事。
反思自己对父亲的感情，总是感觉患病的父亲很无能，过去那么多年都没怎么关心父亲，心里还会产生恨意。我很少给父亲打电话，现在我时常会去反省自己过去对待父母的态度，也开始慢慢的去体谅他们，开始学会了包容他们。感恩致良知四合院，感恩同学们给我的帮助，让我更快更好地成长，建设心灵品质。
阳明先生说：“凡行有不得者，皆反求诸己。”我慢慢开始从自己身上去找问题，求答案。发现自己心上竟然有这么多的漏洞。心不明亦不净怎能做成事？
阳明先生说：“圣人之道，吾性自足。”然而达到这样的地步不是一朝一夕就能够做到的，我们需要做的就是坚定相信人人心中拥有无尽宝藏，只因不明和贪欲而遮盖，真正认识到行为作用与反作用的真理，通过时刻观照自己的起心动念，深刻反省净化内心，我们一定能开启人生的巨大宝藏。明心净心，建设心灵品质，我会在这条路上一直走下去，真正做到知行合一，未来一定充满光明与希望。
