On the evening of December 21st, Nanshan Weiming School hosted a wonderful Winter Drama Show, skillfully organized by our Foreign Teacher’s Department under the guidance of Dean Ms Yu Xiuyan, Director Liu Tianhua， Academic Director- Ms. Janah,Mr. Nik, Ms. Kayley, Ms. Nova and Mr. Ray.
12月21日晚，深圳市南山为明学校举办了一场精彩纷呈的冬季戏剧展演。在于秀艳副校长的大力支持下，在刘天华主任和外教学术主任——Janah老师的精心策划下，Janah老师、Nik老师、Kayley老师、Nova老师和Ray老师积极组织了这场戏剧展演。

The event, titled “Enchanted Winter Dreams: A Fairy-tale Drama Concert,” took the audience on a captivating journey through various fairy tales that students usually encounter only in books. This event not only showcasedthe artistic talents of our foreign teachers but also served as a testament to the vibrant and diverse spirit of our Weiming School community.
本次精彩的“冬梦·童话戏剧展演”，通过经典童话故事，带领同学们踏上了一段引人入胜的英语戏剧之旅。本次活动不仅展示了我校外教老师们的艺术才华，还展现了为明学校充满活力和多元化的精神。
The spectacle commenced with the delightful performance of our youngest stars, Grade 1 Class 3. Their enchanting dance transported the audience to a world of wonder and whimsy, as they skillfully led us down the rabbit’s hole into the magical realm of “Alice in Wonderland.”
节目演出从我们最年轻的明星，一年（3）班的精彩表演开始。他们迷人的舞蹈将观众带入了一个充满奇迹的世界，他们巧妙地带领我们进入兔子洞，进入“爱丽丝梦游仙境”的神奇之境。

The lovelytroupe of dancers, through their graceful movements and passionate expressions, brought the iconic tale to life. Each step, every gesture, and every heartbeat conveyed a profound message of unity, strength, and resilience that transcended time and place. The performance not only showcased the students’ artistic prowess but also left a lasting impression on the audience, capturing the essence of the timeless story in a truly mesmerizing manner.

三年级：《灰姑娘：一个关于坚韧和蜕变的故事》
Our talented Grade 3 students transported the audience to a world of eleganceandmagic.The audience marveled at the colorfulcostumes, vivid facial expressions, and the meticulous production of props.The applause echoed through the venue, acknowledging the outstanding efforts that brought the story to life in such a captivating and realistic manner.Through this drama performance, we followed Cinderella on her journey from rags to riches, from obscurity to the grandest of ballrooms. We witness the transformative power of courage, kindness, and the indomitable human spirit.

Grade 2 Class 2: “Enchanted Footsteps: A Snow White & the Seven Dwarfs Dance Spectacular”
二年（2）班：《魔法脚步：白雪公主和七个小矮人跳舞》
That performance of our Grade 2 Class 2 students is a celebration of not just dance but also of the enduring themes ofhappiness, love, courage, friendship, and the triumph of good over evil. The artistry and dedication transported us into a world of fantasy. Where every twirl, and every leap tells a story, and where the magic of “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs” danced its way into our hearts.

Our Grade 4 students delivered a truly magical drama performance, showcasing each character of the story withfinesse and flair. “Neverland Dreams: The Magical Tale of Peter Pan” unfolds a narrative of unending wonder, eternal youth, and the enchantment of belief. The magical journey, brought to life by our young performers, captured the essence of the timeless tale and left the audience spellbound with its charm and imagination.

Grade 5 Class 2: “Little Red Riding Hood: A Chorus of Fear and Hope”
五年(2)班：《小红帽：恐惧与希望的合唱》
The performance, titled “Little Red Riding Hood: A Chorus of Fear and Hope,” was a unique and captivating rendition by our Grade 5 students. Throughout this artistic presentation, the voices of innocence, the whispers of darkness, and the triumphant spirit of hope echoed in harmony.The students skillfully conveyed the message that even in the darkest of woods, there is a light that can guide us home, reminding everyone of the enduring power of hope even in the face of adversity.
这场名为“小红帽：恐惧与希望的合唱”表演是我们五年级学生独特而迷人的演绎。在整个艺术呈现过程中，纯真的声音、黑暗的低语和希望的胜利精神和谐地回荡着。学生们的表演，巧妙地传达了一个信息：即使在最黑暗的树林里，也有一盏灯可以引导我们回家，即使在逆境中也能感受到希望的力量。

The grand finale marked the culmination of the mesmerizing journey through the world of sound and movement. The audience was treated to an extraordinary display of creativity and imagination , making the finale a fitting conclusion to a night filled with enchantment and artistic brilliance.
最后的大合唱，孩子们通过极具表现力的声音和表演，让我们的戏剧之旅到达了令人陶醉的巅峰。观众们欣赏到了非凡的创造力和想象力，精彩的表演为这个充满魅力和艺术光彩的夜晚画上了圆满的句号。

As we draw the curtains on this enchanting evening of drama and music, we are reminded of the incredible power of art to touch our hearts and souls. We’ve laughed and we’ve been transported to different worlds through the talents of the amazing performers. The magic we have experienced here is a testament to the dedication, passion, and hard work of the entire cast and crew, who have poured their hearts into creating this captivating experience.
当我们在这个充满戏剧和音乐的迷人夜晚拉开帷幕时，我们感受到了艺术触动我们心灵和灵魂的不可思议的力量。在欢笑中，在令人惊叹表演中，我们被带到了不同的世界。我们感受到的英语戏剧魅力，源于全体外教指导老师的满怀激情和奉献精神，他们辛勤工作，全心全意地创造了这场精彩纷呈的英语戏剧展演。
None of this would have been possible without the dedication and guidance of our talented coaches, Ms. Janah, Mr. Nik, and Ms. Kayley, who have worked tirelessly behind the scenes. And, of course, a special acknowledgment to our supportive foreign teachersand Chinese English teachers, who have added their unique touch to these performances.
