武术流派
【少林派】
发源于河南嵩山少林寺。其中少林拳的精华被称为“少林五拳”，系指龙拳、虎拳、豹拳、蛇拳和鹤拳等几十种少林拳法，还有刀、枪、剑、铲、棒等器械的技击法，并创造出少林易筋功、小武功、阴阳功、混元一气功等气功。
【武当派】
发源于湖北均县境内武当山。武当武术起源于元末明初，盛行于明末清初。武当拳的风格特点是以静制动，以柔克刚，以短见长，以慢击快，以意运空，以气运身。
【峨眉派】
峨眉拳集众家之长，形成了独特的技法与风格。它的主要技击特点是动作小，变化大，以柔克刚，借力打力，以静制动和以动制静并用，攻防时多顺势前钻，借力反击，以快取胜。
【昆仑派】
昆仑派源于周朝武王时期。鸿钧一道传三友:既老子、元始、通天。老子(李耳)有一个弟子，元始有十二个弟子。老子、元始为昆仑派的始祖。后来，昆仑派又分东西两家，均属道家。
【崆峒派】
创始于崆峒山，是道教文化的组成部分，与少林、武当、峨嵋、昆仑并称为我国著名五大武术流派。始祖是飞虹子，早年在少年寺学艺，后隐居崆峒山习道研艺。
【 Shaolin School 】
Originated in Henan Songshan Shaolin Temple. Among them, the essence of Shaolin boxing is called “Shaolin five boxing”, which refers to dozens of Shaolin boxing methods such as dragon boxing, tiger boxing, leopard boxing, snake boxing and crane boxing, as well as knife, gun, sword, shovel, stick and other instruments, and create Shaolin Yi Jin Gong, Xiao Wu Gong, Yin and Yang Gong, mixed Yuan one Qigong and other Qigong.
【 Wudang School 】
It originates from Wudang Mountain in Junxian County, Hubei Province. Wudang Wushu originated in the late Yuan and early Ming dynasties and prevailed in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties. The style of Wudang boxing is characterized by static braking, soft and rigid, short and strong, slow and fast, empty with intention and body with qi.
【 Emei School 】
Emei Boxing gathers the strength of all families and forms a unique technique and style. Its main technical characteristics are small movements, large changes, with soft and tough, with force, with static braking and static with dynamic control, attack and defense more before drilling, with force counterattack, to win quickly.
【 Kunlun School 】
The Kunlun School originated during King Wu of the Zhou Dynasty. Hongjun passed along three friends: Laozi, Yuanshi, Tongtian. Laozi (Li Er) had one disciple, and Yuan had twelve disciples. Laozi and Yuanshi are the ancestors of the Kunlun School. Later, the Kunlun School was divided into two eastern and western schools, both belonging to the Taoist school.
【 Kongtong School 】
Founded in Kongtong Mountain, is a part of Taoist culture, Shaolin, Wudang, Emei, Kunlun and known as China’s five famous martial arts schools. The ancestor is Feihongzi, early in the youth temple to learn art, after the seclusion of Kongtong Mountain learning.
武术作用
武术一直在为了中华民族的壮大而保驾护航。武术也为中华民族提供了宝贵的精神财富，同时也是中华民族性格的一种体现。武术文化数不胜数，而我认为最重要的便是武术观念中的“和平观念”。何为武？止戈为武。武术的最终目的从来不是血腥与屠戮，而是和平。就像刀鞘，之所以会有刀鞘，不是为了杀，而是为了藏。这便是我们中华民族性格特点在武术中的体现:爱好和平，从不好战，但却极度不好惹。
Martial arts have been protecting the growth of the Chinese nation. Martial arts also provide valuable spiritual wealth for the Chinese nation, but also a reflection of the Chinese national character. There are numerous martial arts cultures, but I think the most important one is the concept of peace in martial arts. What is martial arts? The end of war is the end of war.
