不知怎么了，这几条感觉不得劲，不知怎么了，好像哪个地方不顺当，就拿一个典型的小案例来剖析这个事情，希望能从中找到答案，也希望大家帮助我分析一下原因，究竟是什么地方出了故障，接下来，我就说一下这个案列
I do not know what happened on me ? i feel no good in my mind and mood.i really do not know how about me .something is not going well,but i am confused by that had happened ,so i just take a small/tiny case/sample to dissect/analyse this case,hope/wish to find/retrieve the answer/solution/resolution/response/explnation ,and also expect you help /assist me to dissect/analyse its reason/cause ,which stage/step is wrong ,so following ,let me state this case.
大约是去年十月份左右，公司造浆和CIP系统的所有的维修人员整合到一个部门之后，由于公司个人电话和当地有些员工的私人电话不能有效融合，而且即使公司统一办理的手机卡，由于开通的套餐不同，因此有些电话只限于局域网内免费接打，而有些在固定时间内无障碍通话，恰巧我的电话是局域网内免费接打，同时包含25G数据流量，可是问题来了，由于维修部门内维修人员很多都是私人电话，导致我的电话不能给这些人打电话，因此我就把这个情况反映给副总，副总又给人事经理沟通，经过一周的商议，公司又给我办理一张手机卡，而原先的手机卡可能在固定时间之内，可以和任何不同公司的手机卡通话，这样一直维持在上个月十号，当天我去领手机卡，说不行，之后说了一些礼貌性言语，而我也没说什么，我自己消费25当地钱，充值继续使用这个副卡。
Approcimately ,it is October last year,company decide to combine/integrate/unify two maintainance teams into one big team。 after that,as personal phone card of company is not compatible/compliant with local /native/resident workers private smartphone card,and although the phone cards handled/managed/applied/bought by company in Vondphone service substation are different from individual inqurement,for example,boss and above boss/boss and superiors have opened/set several transactions depending on your management and busy affires。
so it causes that/resulted in issues of comunications in working processes,some cards can only work among the limited feild network/local area network。but some cards can be avalible any way except regular/finite time。otherwise,it is good at many aspects。but i am in bad luck/unlucky,my cellphone card is imited in local area network,i can not connect/call /phone/contact/ have a talk/conversation/dialogue wtih my subordinates,because their phones belong to them,it is private。so i report/feedback/this issue to deputy general manager ,and then he communicates with HR manager,one weeek later,they discuss/confer it for several round,compang manage/handle/open/apply for auxiliary phone card ,and this card is only used for network of 25 G data,and at the same time ,my original smartphone card is just used for answering but the answering time is very finite in 100 minutes ,of course i can call any kinds of companys /wide area network/different phone cards。
so it has been goingon untill 10 last month。when i take charge card ,they refused me /rejected me 。and i say some polite words to them ,i turn away go to my room/chamber。and i do not say anything,i spend 25 on buying chargecard ,go on with using。
但是过了一个星期左右，我就给我的经理汇报了这个事情，经过合理而真实的解释，经理给相关人打电话向他解释了这个情况，让我下班之后，到相关人那里拿充值卡，原本以为就这样结束了，可是到发工资条的时候，发现我的工资被扣了六十元抵电话费，因此我又找到经理，咨询他到底怎么回事，自从去年十月份以来，公司给我配发的两张手机卡，是根据工作需要才给我配发的两张手机卡，而且是工费，为什么今天就无任何征兆把我工资给扣了呢？居然解释说他不知道我有两张手机卡，但是我记得很清楚，我至少从他手里拿过一次副卡的充值卡，他真的不知道？那真想问，难道管理工作就是自己干自己的，不互相沟通吗？很是不了解，而且我也阐述了这个问题，如果公司觉得不合理的话可以收回副卡，我毫无意见？即使要扣费是不是应该提前通知我？可是没有，之后又找了经理，同时下班后又去找相关人，说明了我的来意，看看公司怎么给解决？说是工资给补回去，卡的事再商议，然后我又要求，再重新给我发一次我的工资条，到现在还没有收到？
After one week,i report it to my manager again。explain it very genially/kindly,he call relervant men again,verify what i say。instuct me go him to take/fetch a charge card。i think it is solved/handled/treated well,when company issue /send my payslip to me ,i find my pay/wage/salary is deducted 60 yuan from mine。so after meeting i consult manager again,what is it goingon on earth。since October last year,company give me two smartphone cards basing on reality/actuality/truth。and company pay fees for two cards,why deduct my salary ?and explain that they do not know my two cards untill now。
but i remmber it very well ,i take one cellphone charge card from his hand at least。do they realy not know?i truely ask them do you not communicate each other in management ? just for dong ownsby theselves ?i realy understand that,i am confused by that 。so state my views/opinons/prospectives,if company feel/think/estimate/evalue it inproper/unreasonable/absurd/preposterous,they can take it back ,or notify/inform me before deducting my money at least。 but they do not give me any message about that。
so i go to my manager ,tell him that ,and i go to him when i have done with my working time 。speak that to them。how to handle/treat/solve/tackle/resolve/settle it on earth?they applied to me they give the deducted moneyback to my wage or make up of 60 yuan /compensate my wage,and will confer phone card next time。and then i ask them send my payslip again,but now i do not get it。
通过这件事我想说，如果你扣的话，至少应该通知一声吗？为什么不通知个人呢？有些不了 解，朋友们，你们遇到过这样的情况吗？希望大家留言，关注我，谢谢！
Though this event,i want to say that they should inform me at least before carrying out action/behavior.why do they not notify me ?i realy can not understand that.
