深圳音乐学院方案设计国际竞赛（标段编号：44030020200018003）于2020年9月17日在深圳市建筑工务署召开公开征集阶段资格预审会，资格预审评审委员会由7位专家成员组成。
International Competition for Architectural Design of Shenzhen Conservatory of Music (no. 44030020200018003) pre-qualification meeting was held on September 17, 2020 at Bureau of Public Works of Shenzhen Municipality. The pre-qualification review committee consists of 7 members.
评委会成员对45名有效响应参赛申请人提交的资格预审报名文件进行审阅及深入讨论，最终评选出5家无排序的入围参赛申请人和2家有排序的备选参赛申请人。资格预审结果公示已在深圳市住房和建设局工程交易服务主页发布。竞赛主办方：深圳市建筑工务署工程设计管理中心；协助方：深圳市有方空间文化发展有限公司。
After careful reviewing and in-depth discussion of the pre-qualification applications submitted by45applicants, the jury members selected 5 shortlisted applicants without ranking and 2 alternative applicants with ranking. The pre-qualification results have been published on Shenzhen Construction Project Transaction Service website.Competition’sorganizer isEngineering Design Management Center of Bureau of Public Works of Shenzhen Municipality, withShenzhen Position Spatial Culture Development Co., Ltd. being theco-organizer.

深圳音乐学院方案设计国际竞赛自2020年8月21日发布竞赛公告及资格预审文件，至2020年9月11日资格预审报名截止，共收到45家有效响应参赛申请人的报名材料。
Since International Competition for Architectural Design of Shenzhen Conservatory of Music was released onAugust21, 2020, a total of45validapplications were received up untilSeptember11, 2020.
其中联合体报名的参赛申请人有37家，独立报名的参赛申请人8家；共涉及93家公司，其中中国公司60家，国外公司33家；涉及除中国以外的国家共计12家，包括法国、美国、德国、日本、西班牙、英国、荷兰、芬兰、新加坡、澳大利亚、阿联酋、加拿大等国家。

3. 项目概况回顾
Project Overview
深圳音乐学院是深圳“新时代十大文化设施” 之一，结合粤港澳大湾区对音乐艺术类高端人才的需求，依托香港中文大学（深圳）的成功经验，借鉴境内外一流院校先进的办学理念，将学院建设成为国际化、创新型、世界一流的音乐艺术高等院校。该机构前期为香港中文大学（深圳）二级学院，待条件成熟后，向教育部申报成为独立高等院校。
Shenzhen Conservatory of Music is one ofthe“Ten Cultural Facilities in New Era” invested by Shenzhen Municipal Government. With the demand for music and art talents in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, relying on CUHK-Shenzhen’s successful experience, Shenzhen Conservatory of Music will integrate advanced educational philosophies and establish an international, innovative, world-leading higher education institution for music and art. During the early stage, it will be a secondary college of CUHK-Shenzhen, and will apply to the Ministry of Education to become an independent higher education institution when it is ready.
深圳音乐学院选址于深圳市龙岗区国际大学园区内，紧邻香港中文大学（深圳）校区。项目总用地面积73777平方米，总建筑面积约12.97万平方米。项目总投资暂定约17.5亿元。（面积及投资，最终以相关政府部门批复为准）
The site of Shenzhen Conservatory of Music is located inside the Shenzhen Longgang International University Campus, next to CUHK-Shenzhen. The site area is 73777 square meters, and the total gross floor area is around 129700 square meters. The tentative project investment is estimated at 1.75 billion RMB.(Areaand investment shall be subject to the final official approval by themunicipal government)
