FOUR Shenzhen enterprises were among 30 gold-prize winners at the 20th WIPO-CNIPA Award for Outstanding Chinese Patented Invention & Industrial Design, the Shenzhen Economic Daily reported yesterday.
The four local award-winning companies are Shenzhen Salubris Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd., Zhuli Zhiye Shenzhen Electrical Appliance Industry Co. Ltd., Winners’ Sun Plastic Electronics (Shenzhen) Co. Ltd. and UBTECH Robotics Inc.
According to the National Intellectual Property Administration, the 30 winners were selected for this year’s gold prize for their outstanding patented inventions, while 10 others won for industrial designs.
Some 59 silver awards for patented inventions and 15 for industrial designs were granted, and 695 excellence awards for patented inventions and 61 for industrial designs were presented.
According to incomplete statistics, the 40 gold-prize projects had seen increases of 83.5 billion yuan (US$12.13 billion) in sales, 13.9 billion yuan in profits and 18.6 billion yuan in exports by the end of 2017, which strongly supported the high-quality development of related industries.
Co-organized by the National Intellectual Property Administration and World Intellectual Property Organization, the award selects outstanding patented projects based on four evaluation standards, namely quality, technological advancement, application and protection measures, as well as effectiveness, social benefits and development prospects.
深圳4家企业获金奖！第二十届中国专利奖揭晓
深圳商报2018年12月26日讯 12月25日，第二十届中国专利奖的专题新闻发布会在北京举行。根据国家知识产权局官网发布的信息显示，本届中国专利奖共评选出30项中国专利金奖，10项中国外观设计金奖，59项中国专利银奖，15项中国外观设计银奖，695项中国专利优秀奖，61项中国外观设计优秀奖。
深圳企业本次榜上有名，第二十届中国专利奖共评选出中国专利金奖项目30项，深圳有4项获奖，分别是：深圳信立泰药业股份有限公司(咪唑-5-羧酸类衍生物、制备方法及其应用)、主力智业深圳电器实业有限公司(混合容器)、源德盛塑胶电子深圳有限公司(一种一体式自拍装置)、深圳市优必选科技有限公司(玩具搭建元件)。记者昨晚从市市场和质量监管委知识产权促进处证实了这一消息。此外，“用甲乙酮系列混合溶剂分离丁烷与丁烯的方法”等26项发明、实用新型专利获中国专利金奖，“冰箱”等10项外观设计专利获中国外观设计金奖。除40项金奖外，本届中国专利奖还评选出中国专利银奖59项，中国外观设计银奖15项，以及其他奖项。
据不完全统计，今年评选出的40项专利金奖项目，从实施之日起到2017年底，新增销售额835亿元，新增利润139亿元，新增出口186亿元，有力支撑了相关产业高质量发展和企业“走出去”。“中国专利奖评选是培育高价值核心专利的重要抓手。”国家知识产权局运用促进司副司长赵梅生介绍，评选标准主要包括四个方面：专利质量、技术先进性、运用及保护措施和成效、社会效益及发展前景。
国家知识产权局局长申长雨表示，将坚持质量第一、效益优先,深入实施专利质量提升工程，大力培育高价值核心专利。据悉，自1989年国家知识产权局和世界知识产权组织共同开展中国专利奖评选活动以来，至今已举办20届，累计评选出近6000项创新质量高、运用效益好、示范效应强的专利项目。
