零废弃放映会客厅是零废弃成都组织的每月一次关于各种生态问题的主题纪录片放映活动，由纪录片引出可持续发展的相关话题，并邀请话题行业嘉宾做观影后分享与圆桌讨论。
Zero Waste Screening is a monthly documentary screening activity about current ecological and environmental issues organized by Zero Waste Chengdu.After the screening, special guests are invited to share their expertise and discuss solutions and any possible questions the audience might have about the topics.

About the Film
我们的全球食物系统正在经历变革。数十年来，它榨干了地球的资源—致使数百种动植物物种灭绝，排放了数十亿吨温室气体，并让人类付出健康和生命的代价。我们当前生产、分配和消费食物的方式不可持续，照此发展，到 2050 年根本不可能在确保生态安全的同时，喂饱 90-100 亿的人口。
在讲述人 Katherine Richardson教授的带领下，纪录片《如何喂饱100亿张嘴》探访企业家、政策制定者、农民、科学家和公民，那些正在共同努力创造出更好的食物供应方式的人—亿万小农将能够以可持续的方式生产食物；作物生产过程将能够由数据驱动；之前被浪费的食物将能被用来促进社会平等；可持续饮食会比今天人们选择的更加健康和营养。当今食物系统面临的挑战非常明晰，而这部纪录片将向你展示解决方案：如何让 100 亿人口享有营养的饮食。
Our global food system is under transformation。 For decades, it has impoverished the earth, by costing it hundreds of animal and plant species, releasing gigatons of carbon emissions and costing real human lives。 The way we produce, distribute and consume food is not up to the task of feeding 9-10 billion people without destroying the planetary conditions we depend on。 In “10 Billion Mouths”, narrated by Katherine Richardson, we meet the entrepreneurs, policy makers, farmers, scientists and citizens who are showing a new and better way of providing the food we need。
Hundreds of millions of small-scale farmers will be able to produce food sustainably。 Plant production processes can become data-driven。 Previously wasted food can be used to improve social equity。 And sustainable diets can be healthier and more nutritious than those many people choose today。 The challenges with our current food system are clear。 Now it’s time to look at the solutions: this is how we nutritiously feed 10 billion mouths。

Kelly是好优脍有限公司的市场专员。毕业于威廉玛丽学院公共政策系的她热衷于探讨社会问题的不同解决方案。在美国她曾担任高中生的职能培训教师助理，带领他们经营园艺生意；也在威廉斯堡镇基金会做传媒实习生。Kelly在好优脍主要负责线上、线下市场推广计划的策划与实施，她希望能透过这次的分享与大家进一步探索可持续美食的无限可能。
Kelly is the Marketing Specialist at YouKuai Group International/Zrou. A graduate of women Mary’s public policy program, Kelly is passionate about creating a world worth inheriting through grassroots solutions. Previously in the United States she coached high schoolers through running a collective gardening business at City Blossoms, and evaluated local community initiatives with board members as a Communications Intern at the Williamsburg Community Foundation. At Youkuai Kelly is primarily responsible for coordinating on- and offline marketing initiatives for Zrou, the company’s plant based meat brand. By sharing about her work she hopes to inspire more conversation on sustainable food practices.

Matt 是诺丁汉大学宁波分校(UNNC) 的一名教师。他拥有可持续发展硕士学位和ICF认证的正念教练证书。热衷佛道哲学，练太极拳4年多。最近，他开始了他的博士研究，研究冥想对学生的归属感、参与感和幸福感的影响。
Matt is a teacher at the University of Nottingham, Ningbo China (UNNC). He has an MA in Sustainable Development, and a Coaching Certificate in Mindfulness accredited by the ICF. He is passionate about Buddhist and Taoist philosophy, and has practiced Taiji for over 4 years. Recently he has started his PhD research into the impact of meditation on students’ sense of belonging, engagement and well-being.

He uses bamboo to develop products from small cups to large buildings, and to develop a new business that not only makes money, but also contributes positively to the environment.
