越秀区关于进一步加强重点场所管控措施的通告Notification of Further Strengthening COVID-19 Control and Prevention Measures in Key Sites in Yuexiu District
根据当前疫情防控工作需要，即日起至4月18日，在越秀区范围内对有关重点场所实施以下分类管控措施：
To prevent the spread of COVID-19, the following classified COVID-19 control and prevention measures will be implemented for relevant key sites in Yuexiu District from now until April 18:
一、全区所有社会餐饮服务单位（含提供堂食的食品销售单位）暂停堂食，可提供到店自取、网络或电话等外卖订餐服务，加强食品外卖配送安全管理；可采取独立包房（每房限1桌，每桌不超过10人，不得拼桌）为顾客供餐。禁止一切聚集性用餐活动（含自办宴席）。单位内部食堂（含机关事业单位、学校、工地、企业等食堂）实行测体温进场、分批分时段就餐、单向就坐、合理间隔等防疫措施。
1. All catering service providers (including food sellers that provide dine-in service) in the district shall be temporarily closed, and only provide food takeout and delivery. Separate rooms (limited to one table per room, no more than 10 people per table, no table sharing) can be used to serve customers. All gathering dining activities (including private banquets) are prohibited. Cafeterias of organizations (including those of public institutions, schools, construction sites, enterprises, etc.) shall put in place pandemic prevention measures such as temperature checks at entrances, staggered dining schedules, visitor number control, one-way seating, and reasonable spacing, etc.
二、全区娱乐场所（KTV、卡拉OK、歌舞厅、游艺厅等）、图书馆、博物馆、电影院、室内游泳馆、剧院、酒吧、健身房、网吧、台球厅、棋牌室、麻将馆、密室逃脱、足浴店、按摩院、洗浴中心、美容院、室内景点等密闭、半密闭场所暂停营业。
2. Entertainment venues (KTV, Karaoke, dance halls and recreation halls), libraries, museums, cinemas, indoor swimming pools, theatres, bars, gyms, Internet bars, billiard halls, chess and poker rooms, mahjong halls, escape game rooms, foot massage centers, massage parlors, bath centers, beauty salons, indoor attractions, and other closed and semi-closed venues in the district shall be temporarily closed.
三、全区所有托育机构暂停营业。
3. All childcare institutions in the district shall be temporarily closed.
四、全区各类门诊部（含）以下、医疗美容整形机构，除透析、术后复诊业务外，暂停营业。
4. All types of clinics under the level of outpatient departments (inclusive), medical cosmetic and plastic surgery institutions in the district, except for dialysis and postoperative follow-up services, shall be temporarily closed.
五、严格落实各项疫情防控措施，减少人员聚集，严格控制各类活动、会议规模，会议活动尽量采取线上方式，不组织大型聚集性会议、展会、展览等活动。
5. All COVID-19 control and prevention measures shall be implemented rigidly to reduce human gatherings and strictly limit the scale of activities and meetings. All meetings shall be made online as much as possible. Any large-scale activities including gathering meetings, trade fairs, exhibitions and other activities are not allowed.
六、全区各类经营场所要严格落实扫码、查验行程码、测温、戴口罩、限制客流等措施，减少人员集聚。
6. All business sites in the district shall strictly implement measures such as inspecting health codes, checking travel codes, measuring temperature, wearing masks, and restricting passenger flow to reduce gatherings.
以上管控措施将根据疫情进展、核酸检测、防控需要及时进行动态调整。请广大居民朋友进一步提高防范意识，不造谣、不信谣、不传谣，持续做好个人日常防护，科学佩戴口罩，勤洗手，常通风，保持社交距离，配合落实相关防疫措施。
