目前，广东官方已回复，453分考生投档的是冷门专业，填报的学生少，属于成功捡漏。

There was a very diligent young man who wanted to be better than the people around him in every aspect. After years of hard work, he still didn’t make any progress. He was very upset, so he asked a wise man for advice.
有一个非常勤奋的年轻人，他想在每个方面都比周围的人强，努力了多年，他仍然没有任何进步，他很苦恼，所以他向智者请教。
The wise man called his three disciples who were cutting firewood and asked them, “Take the donor to the Wuli Mountain and get a load of firewood that you think is most satisfactory.”
智者把正在砍柴的三个徒弟叫来，问他们：“把施主带到五里山，砍一车你们最满意的柴火。”

The young man and his three disciples followed the fast-flowing river in front of the gate and headed straight for the Wuli Mountain.
青年和三个徒弟顺着门前湍急的河水，直奔五里山而去。
When they returned, the wise man was there to meet them — a young man waddling, sweating and panting, with two bundles of wood on his shoulders; The two disciples were one in front of the other, and the disciple in front carried four bundles of firewood on each side of the pole, while the disciple in the back followed easily.
当他们回来时，智者在那里迎接他们——年轻人蹒跚着，汗流浃背，气喘吁吁，肩上扛着两捆木柴；两个徒弟一前一后，前面的弟子扁担的两边各挑了四捆木柴，而走在后面的徒弟轻松地跟着。

Just then, a raft came from the river, carrying the young disciple and eight bundles of firewood, and stopped in front of the wise man.

The young man and the two first disciples looked at each other in silence.
青年和两个大弟子对视一眼，沉默不语。
The wise man saw this and asked, “What’s the matter, are you not satisfied with your performance?”
智者见状，问道：“怎么了，你们对自己的表现不满意吗？”
“Master, let’s do it again!” The young man pleaded(恳求), “I cut six bundles at the beginning, but when I was halfway there, I couldn’t carry anymore, so I threw two bundles away. After walking for a while, still overwhelmed, I dropped two more bundles; Finally, I was able to carry the two bundles back. But, Master, I have tried hard.”
“师父，我们再来一次吧！”青年恳求道：“刚开始我砍了六捆木柴，但当我砍到一半时，我再也扛不动了，于是我把两捆扔了。走了一会儿，仍然背不动，我又丢掉了两捆；最后，我终于能把两捆木柴背回来了。但是，师父，我已经努力了。”

“I’m just the opposite of him,” said the elder disciple. “At first, we cut two bundles each, hung four bundles one in front of the other on the pole, and followed the donor. “我和他正好相反。”大弟子说。“起初，我们每人砍两捆，把四捆一前一后挂在扁担上，然后跟着施主。我和我弟弟轮流挑柴火，不仅不觉得累，反而感觉轻松了很多。最后，我捡起了施主扔掉的柴火。”
Rowing the raft of small disciples took the words, said: “I am short, small strength, not to say two bundles, is a bundle, so far the road also pick not to come back, so, I choose to go by water……”
划着木筏的小弟子接过话，说：“我个子矮，力气小，不说两捆，就是一捆，到目前为止路也挑不回来，所以，我选择走水路……”
The wise man looked at his disciples with appreciation and nodded his head slightly. Then he went to the young man, patted him on the shoulder, and said earnestly, “There is nothing wrong in making one’s way, but how one goes is the key. Go your own way, let others say, there is no wrong, the key is to go the right way. Always remember, young man, that choice is more important than effort.”
智者赞赏地看着自己的弟子，微微点了点头，然后走到年轻人身边，拍了拍他的肩膀，认真地说：“走自己的路没有错，但怎么走才是关键。走自己的路，让别人说去吧，没有错，关键是走正确的路。永远记住，年轻人，选择比努力更重要。”

Everyone should combine their quality and conditions, interests and expertise, to choose their own life goals, out of a suitable for their life road, if you choose the right road, then the journey of life can be much less trouble and regret.
人生中选择很重要，但很多人往往来不及明白什么是正确的选择。在人生的道路上，关键是要明白自己想要什么。每个人都应该结合自己的素质和条件，兴趣和专长，选择自己的人生目标，走出一条适合自己的人生道路，如果你选择了正确的道路，那么人生的旅程就可以少很多麻烦和遗憾。
选择固然重要，但低分捡漏更多靠的是赌运气，对多数人而言，并不实用。
要想有选择的权利，努力是必要条件。
