她最近在采访中表示，为了演好其中的水下戏份，她特意去学习了水下憋气，达到了惊人的7分15秒，甚至刷新了从前阿汤哥保持的拍电影水下憋气时长纪录。
Speaking toTotal Film magazine, Winslet revealed that she has a video recording of her record-breaking underwater breath hold. Winslet held her breath for seven minutes and 15 seconds, breaking Tom Cruise’s record.
在接受《全面电影》杂志采访时，温斯莱特透露，她有一段录像，记录了她在水下憋气打破纪录。温斯莱特屏住呼吸长达7分15秒，打破了汤姆·克鲁斯的纪录。
“I have the video of me surfacing saying, ‘Am I dead, have I died?’ And then going, ‘What was [my time]?’” Winslet said. “Straight away I wanted to know my time. And I couldn’t believe it…The next thing I say is, ‘We need to radio set. I wanted Jim to know right away.”

Winslet tells EW that directorJames Cameronhad already made the call that Ronal would be pregnant. “I just thought, ‘My god, that is just so cool,'” she says.

“Jim has so much admiration for women and pregnant women and what pregnant women are capable of, and how pregnant women are actually much more resilient and physically capable than I think often people give us credit for or would expect.”
