嘉宾简介
郭晋林老师，现为东南大学心理健康教育中心总督导、中国心理学会注册心理师和注册心理督导师。参与的社会工作有中国心理学会大学生心理咨询专业委员会委员、江苏省社会心理学会团体专业委员会主任委员和江苏省教育厅大学生心理健康教育专家指导委员会委员等。
从事心理健康教育与心理咨询近30年，2010年获中国心理学会大学生心理咨询专业委员会心理健康教育全国先进个人，2016年获得江苏省教育厅大学生心理健康教育突出贡献奖。
内容简介
聚焦后疫情时代的研究生群体所面临的来自科研论文、导师同学关系、以及亲情、爱情、职业生涯发展等现实问题。帮助大家了解心理状态是如何影响我们的学习和生活，以及如何以积极有效的方式面对这些挑战与冲突，更好地判断自己是否有能力完成所面临的选择和工作。

本期讲座考勤结果将于讲座结束后公示于超星班级群，出勤率达到100%，将视为成功打卡研究生人文与科学素养讲座一次。
Rule of Lecture Card：
Attendance results of this lecture will be published to Superstar class group after the lecture. If the attendance rate reaches 100%, it will be regarded as a successful punch in lecture on Humanities and Scientific literacy of graduate students.

·第一步：选择课程和班级
·Step 1：Choose a class
请注意：在线选课将于10月31日晚20:00，在超星学习通APP准时开放，班级最多容纳1000位学员。
Note：Online registration will not open until 20:00pm on October 31th. The maximum capacity of the class is 1000.
（1）下载“超星学习通”APP
（1）Download Superstar app
（2）以东南大学研究生身份登录
（2）Log in as an SEU graduate student
选择最下方“其他登录方式”（已完成研究生身份与手机绑定的同学可以直接使用手机登录）；
If you have already bound your identity as SEU graduate student with your phone number in this App, you can directly log in with your phone number via password or captcha. If you have NOT bound your identity, please choose “Other Way” on the bottom.
“学校/单位”一栏输入：东南大学研究生院，使用学号与密码登录，首次登录的用户初始密码为：123456（注：该账户即为2019级同学之前学习“学术道德与学术规范MOOC”的账户）；
Type in（or just copy）东南大学研究生院 in the first line；Type in your student number in the second line；Type in your password for my.seu.edu.cn（If you are new for this app, the initial password is 123456）；
登录后打开“账号管理”，确认身份是否为东南大学研究生身份（个人身份用户无法完成讲座考核）；
After logging in, go to Me—Account—Account Management to make sure that you are identified as SEU graduate student. Personal account without identification will NOT be taken into consideration for the lecture card.
（3）输入邀请码，加入课程

点击主界面右上角“邀请码”，输入邀请码 70085228加入课程班级。
Open the home page, clickInvitationin the top right-hand corner, and chooseInvitation Code.Here are the invitation codefor the class: 70085228.
·第二步：按时参与讲座
·Step 2：Participate in the lecture on time
在手机客户端加入班级课程后，可选择使用智能手机、平板设备或电脑登录，请于课程开放时间准时参与，完成讲座观看。在网页端还可以查看自己的观看进度哦！
Once joining in the class, you can log in via your phone, tablet or PC. Remember that the lecture card is based on attendance. Please complete the lecture viewing on time during the course opening hours. You can also check your viewing progress on the web page.
（1）使用智能手机/平板设备登录

加入课程后，在“我”——“课程”界面中进入课程，参与讲座；
If you have successfully joined in the class, go to Me—Courses to participate in the lectures on time.
（2）使用电脑登录
（2）Log in via PC
登录超星尔雅，点击右上角登录；选择下方“其他方式登录”中的黄色标识（已在APP完成手机绑定的同学可以直接使用手机登录）；
Log in at，click 登录 in the top right-hand corner on the website.
Still, if you have already bound your identity as SEU graduate student with your phone number in the App, you can directly log in with your phone number via password or captcha.
If you have NOT bound your identity, please:Choose the orange icon as circled.
“学校/单位”一栏输入：东南大学研究生院，使用学号与密码登录，首次登录的用户初始密码为：123456（注：该账户即为2019级同学之前学习“学术道德与学术规范MOOC”的账户）；

在首页点击右上角用户“进入空间”，即可查看已选课程，参与讲座。
Click 进入空间 as circled in the top right-hand corner on the website, and you can check the courses and participant in the lectures.
