为推动习近平主席提出的“一带一路”倡议和巴育总理提出的“泰国4.0”战略间的有效对接,以农业技术交流合作为重点实现优势互补、共同发展, 2018年3月19日，浙江省商务厅与泰国农民议会在中国杭州签署合作意向书。
National Farmers Council of the Kingdom of Thailand and Department of Commerce of Zhejiang Province have agreed to signa Letter of Intent on March 19, 2018 in Hangzhou, China, with afocus on promoting practical cooperation in agriculturaltechnology based on the principle ofmutual complementarity and benefit.

浙江省商务厅和泰国农民议会将充分利用浙、泰各自有利条件，带动涉农旅游产品销售及促进产品升级，促进农业技术方面的交流合作，为双方农产品展示销售、专业人员培训及互访提供便利。
Both parties shall fully leverage its comparative advantages to promote the sales and upgrading of agro-related tourism products, enhance agriculturaltechnology exchange and cooperation, facilitate agriculturalproductsto exhibit and sell as well as talents training and exchange.
同时鼓励开展农业相关的其他领域交流，为双方企业合作、研发和经商提供良好环境，促进双方贸易、投资、技术等方面合作。
Meanwhile, Both Parties shall encourage agro-related exchanges in other fields and provide a favorableenvironment for R&D and trade cooperation between enterprises from both sides with a view to further promoting trade and investment.

泰国农民议会设立于2010年，主要职责是向内阁提出农业发展总体规划、方针政策，确保农民权益、保障农民福利，就影响农民的政策、法律提供咨询意见等。巴帕主席一行此次访问浙江，重点是开展农产品、农业设备采购、农业技术培训等方面调研，为后续开展中泰农业技术合作做前期准备。在浙期间，代表团走访了国家林业局竹子研究开发中心、东光食品、安吉丽娜竹编工艺品有限公司、永裕竹木、杭叉集团、三花汽车零部件有限公司等单位和企业，与各方就农业机械进口、农业技术合作等进行了交流。
