On September 23, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the National Immigration Administration of the People’s Republic of China officially issued the “Announcement on Entry by Foreign NationalsHolding Valid Chinese Residence Permits of Three Categories.” Effective from 0 a.m., 28 September 2020, foreign nationals holding valid Chinese residence permits for work, personal matters and reunion are allowed to enter China with no need for applying for new visas.

A4. 持有有效居留许可的身居中国境内的外国人，出境后可凭有效居留许可入境，入境后仍需按照防疫管理规定接受集中医学观察。
