In the 6th World Educational Robot Contest(WER), the robot studio from Jiangnan experimental school won the first, second and third awards in the junior high school and primary school groups.
第六届世界教育机器人大赛上，来自江南实验学校的机器人工作室一举包揽了初中、小学组的冠、亚、季军。
This is the 6th successive year they won the contest.
而今年，已是江南实验的孩子们，连续第六年蝉联此项赛事的冠军了。

At the annual local international art festival, traditional Chinese music performed by Binjiang Art Troupe recevied wide praises.

This is not the first performance of Binjiang Art Troupe on the international stage. It was once praised as the new star of the instrumental music group by experts.
此次艺术节，已不是滨江艺术团第一次亮相国际舞台，它一度被业内专家称赞为器乐类社团的靓丽新星、后起之秀。

The defending champions of WER have their secret base, the robot studio of Jiangnan Experimental School.
世界机器人大赛的卫冕冠军们，有着他们的秘密基地——位于江南实验学校的机器人工作室。
Lou Wei, is the director and founder of the studio.
指导老师楼巍，是工作室的负责人，也是创始人。
In 2009, after years of teaching, he came to Binjiang. Due to his persistent love for robot making, he founded a robot studio and became a pioneer in this emerging education field.
2009年，执教多年的他来到滨江，因执着于对机器人制作的热爱，他创建了机器人工作室，成为这个新兴领域教学开拓者。
“At the beginning, I learned from Hangzhou Children’s Palace, since they started early to participate in robot competitions.”
“一开始没经验，就每周去杭州市少年宫取经，在参加机器人比赛这方面，他们开始得早。”
From exploration at the beginning to big competition achievements now, Mr.Lou’s takes it as an expected result.
从一开始的摸索，到如今连续多年拦获国内外各大赛事佳绩——成为圈内“大佬”，在楼老师看来，是水到渠成的事。
“They work hard everyday.” Because children are doing what they like, they will try their best.
“功在平时。”孩子们努力，楼老师看在眼里，因热爱而做的事，结果自然不会差。
Speaking of his students, Mr.Lou are full of pride. These children are calm and undeterred even if they fail hundreds of times in boring debugging. And they gave up the summer vacation for the preparation before the contest.
说起工作室的孩子们，楼老师言语中满是自豪。这群孩子沉得下心，在枯燥的程序调试中即使失败成百上千次也毫不气馁。在大赛前的备战阶段，即使占用假期时间，孩子们也无丝毫怨言、乐此不疲。
In the studio, children will not only get new knowledge, but also gain the spirit of teamwork and have the ability to deal with problems.
在工作室，孩子们不仅能愉快收获新知，更要学会团队合作，拥有处理问题的能力。
During the contest period in the United States, the floor of the hotel was carpeted, which hindered the robot test. To solve this problem, they moved the bed board to use. “This experience will be the most precious memories for them.” Mr.Lou said, “They are the hope of China in the future. May they always have such a pure heart.”
在赴美比赛的过程中，因为下榻的酒店地板铺有地毯，妨碍测试。默契使然，大家不约而同搬了床板来用。“多年后，这些都将是他们最珍贵的回忆。”楼巍说，“他们是未来中国的主力，愿他们永远有这般赤子之心。”
In the future, he hopes more and more children who are interested in robots can join this group of innovation.
今后，他希望能让更多有热情的孩子们加入到创新的行列中来。
楼老师对孩子们说：“不要受已有知识的局限，我们要在前人的经验上创新，一切皆有可能！”
Mr.Lou said to children: “Don’t be limited by existing knowledge, we should innovate on previous experience, everything is possible!”

Binjiang Art Troupe was founded in 2008 and the number of members is more than 100 now. Members come mainly from Jiangnan experimental school.
滨江区艺术团成立于2008年，目前已拥有成员100余名，团员主要来自江南实验学校。
Zhong yun, a teacher from Jiangnan Experimental School, is the founder of the art troupe. With many years of folk music teaching experience, she came to Jiangnan Experimental School in 2006. She hopes to bring the beauty of traditional Chinese music to more children.
来自江南实验学校的仲云老师，是艺术团的创建者。学民乐出身的她，在2006年来到江南实验学校，有多年民乐执教经验的她，一直希望将民乐发扬光大，让更多孩子爱上中国的传统音乐。
This goal was realized in 2008 when Binjiang Art Troupe was founded.
这个目标，在2008年实现了——滨江区艺术团成立了。
The art troupe is positioned as a folk orchestra. Due to the minority of folk music, when it was first established, it was faced with parents’ incomprehension. The original members of the troupe are only about 40 children with no basic music knowledge.
艺术团的定位一个民乐团，由于民乐较为小众，初建时，还曾面临家长的不理解，成团最初的成员只有40多名零基础的孩子。
Gradually, because of the guidance of famous domestic composers every week and the practice, children found the charm of folk music in the rehearsals. More and more children are attracted to join the group.
渐渐地，民乐团每周邀请国内知名作曲家指导，加上每周两次的排练，孩子们发现民乐的魅力所在，越来越多的孩子加入到这个团队。
In the past years, the orchestra visited the Sydney opera house, performed in Beijing, and participated in many international art festivals and competitions, Edinburgh is one of them.
几年来，民乐团登过悉尼歌剧院，去过北京，参加了多项国际性演出或比赛，此次爱丁堡之行，是艺术团孩子们的国际舞台的又一次延伸。
Miss Zhong was deeply touched by her students during this Edinburgh trip. 41 children spent 11 days in a foreign country independently, undertook 10 programs of the whole concert, completed the parade show, and promoted the traditional Chinese music to foreigners，thus realized what is “music without borders”…
此次参加爱丁堡艺术节，孩子们的懂事，令仲老师感触颇深。41个孩子，在异国度过了紧张而充实的11天，承担了整场音乐会的十个节目，完成了路演、向外国人宣传中国传统音乐，体会了什么是“音乐无国界”……
Here in the art troupe , the children experienced not only the joy brought by music, but also the growth brought by the team.
在这里，孩子们体会到的不仅是音乐带了的愉悦，更是团队带来的成长。

The world championships of three little aerobics are due to the dedication of the tutor Jiang Chujie.
三位小小健美操世界冠军的夺冠背后，是指导老师江楚杰的悉心付出。
Miss. Jiang, full of vitality, was the main force of the school aerobics team during her college years and won various honors. After being the tutor of the aerobics class of Dongguan primary school, she hope to impart all her experience to students.
元气满满的江老师，大学时期就是校健美操队的主力，参加过多项比赛，获得过各项荣誉。在执教东冠小学的健美操课后，更是希望将自身的经验所得，传授给东冠的孩子们。
They had been training three times a day to make up for their shortcomings and improve the quality of their moves in preparation for the competition. Finally, three students were selected to represent China to participate in the competition in phoenix.
此前，为了备战美国凤凰城的比赛，她们一天三练，弥补不足之处，完善动作质量。最终三名同学入选了中国少年队，代表中国前往美国凤凰城参加比赛。
Jiang said that getting along with children is a process of growing up together. Competitive sports are like a coin has two sides, the joy is that during this period children learn to be persevere and be brave, while the disadvantage is the pressure that the intense training puts on children’s bodies.
江老师说，和孩子们的相处就是一个共同成长的过程。竞技体育都是喜忧参半的，喜的是在这期间孩子们是肉眼可见飞速成长，学会了坚持和勇敢。忧的是高强度的训练，给孩子们身体带来的压力。
Before the competition, a child sprained his foot, but still managed to finish the race with an ice pack! It is a perfect interpretation of the “adhere to the end, never give up” sports spirit. In her eyes, such spirit is more valuable than achievements!
甚至在比赛前，孩子把脚崴了，仍是敷着冰袋坚持完成了比赛！小小的身躯承载着大大的能量，完美诠释了“坚持到底，永不放弃”的体育精神。在她看来，这样的精神比取得的成绩更宝贵！
在与孩子们共同成长的日子里，她想对孩子们说：“亲爱的孩子们，坚韧的飞吧，不要为风雨所折服，为了理想，你们可以战胜艰辛。”
In the days of growing up together with the children, she wants to say : “Dear kids, please fly with tenacity, don’t be defeated by the wind and rain, you can go through hardships for your dream!”
