亲爱的同学们，临近学期末，关于你的居留许可或停留签证到期问题，特提示如下：

Dear students, near the end of the semester, I would like to give you the following tips about the expiration of your residence permit:

对于在华的国际学生：

For students who are currently in China:

在华外国人如果居留期限已经到了，并且还在疫情时期，可以自动顺延两个月，在顺延的期限内，无需再办理延期手续，仍可以在华合法停居留或正常出境。

Residence Permitof all foreigners in China are automatically renewed for 2 months during coronavirus

（Calculated from the date of expiration of residence permit.）

如果两个月期限已经即将用完，必须立即更新签证，一旦疫情时期逾期两个月，将会面临罚款。

If your two months of automatic extension have nearly run out during the outbreak, you must extend yourresidence permitas soon as possible, otherwise you will face a high fine.

If you hold an X2 visa and it about to expire and there is no way to return to your country, please go to office 211 as soon as possible to deal with your visa extension.

居留许可延期办理方式：

校外：上午10时到到老校区东门，然后发微信给13388060831，信息包含，备查卡地址，签证截止日，护照截止日，居留许可将要申请的期限.

新校区校内住宿的学生：10 a.m. on 27 July and 28 July.(Add: Room 118,Block A, Liuyuan, New campus)上午10点-12点到新校区留园A区118办理

老校区校内住宿的学生：10 a.m. on Monday.(office 211)

Procedures for extension of residence permit:

Studets living outside the campus: please arrive at the east gate of the old campus at 10 a.m., and then send a wechat message to 13388060831, including proof of actual accommodation address, deadline for visa, deadline for passport and deadline for residence permit.

Students staying in the new campus:10 a.m. on 27 July and 28 July.(Add: Room 118,Block A, Liuyuan, New campus

Students staying in the old campus: working days ( every Monday 10am ) go to Office 211

如何通过网上预约减少现场办理居留许可延期等待时间：

在天津市出入境管理局大厅人排队人员较多，居留许可申请可以采用网上提前预约的方式来加快在大厅等待的时间，所有人员现场办理必须在大厅取号机上取号并且排队等待。

目前大厅取号机有两种，一种是你已经在网上进行预约的，现场办理相对较快

另一种是你没有进行网上预约的，这是比较慢的，通常你需要在出入境大厅排队很久。

备注：信息录入所有录入字段都是中文，请确保正确录入。

How to reduce the waiting time of on-site residence permit extension through online reservation:

There are many people queuing in the hall of Tianjin entry exit administration bureau, so online advance reservation can be used for residence permit application to speed up the waiting time in the hall. All personnel must pick up the number on the hall number machine and wait in line for on-site application.

At present, there are two types of number taking machines in the hall. One is that you have made an appointment online, and the on-site handling is relatively fast

The other is that you didn’t make an online appointment, which is relatively slow. Usually you need to queue in the entry-exit hall for a long time.

The difference between the three address options

The first address: a lot of people, within 5 kilometers from the old campus.

Second address: few people, far away.

The third address: few people, less than 5 kilometers away from the old campus.

对于毕业生（天津市特殊政策）

毕业生因为疫情原因不能顺利离开中国可根据实际需求延期不超过3个月的停留签证。如果停留期限内仍然因为上述原因不能回国，可根据实际需要再次办理停留签证。

请在签证过期前及时联系办公室211处理你的签证问题。

停留证件收费：160元

备注：所有在华外籍人士居留证件一律在原有签证基础上自动延长两个月，顺延期限内可离开中国，无需去出入境办理延期手续，此政策对于疫情防控期内在华外国人有效。

For graduating student (Tianjin special policy)

Graduates who are unable to leave China on time due to the epidemic can extend their stay visas for no more than three months according to the actual needs. If you still can’t leave China due to the above reasons during the stay period, you can apply for the stay visa again according to the actual needs.

Note: all residence permits of foreigners in China will be automatically extended for two months based on the original visa period. They can leave China within the extended period without going to Tianjin Immigration Bureau for extension. This policy is effective for foreigners in China during the epidemic prevention and control period.

对于非在华学生：

For students who are not currently in China:

如果开学后居留许可已经过期，也就是没有入境签证了，目前的规定是必须申请签证才可以来华，可以是非学习类签证，到天津一样可以凭学校公函直接申请学习类居留许可（过去一般要求必须是学习类签证）。

If the residence permit expires before the start of the next semester, that is, there is no entry visa, the current rule is that you must apply for a visa before you come to China. It can be a non-study（such as tourist visa）visa. When you arrive, you can directly apply for a study residence permit with a university official letter (in the past, a study visa is generally a necessary requirement).
