瑞银证券发布A股策略报告
UBS Securities issued the latest A-share market report
瑞银证券日前发表最新A股策略报告，提示上半年A股和H股业绩双双强劲增长，但预计下半年将放缓。
UBS Securities issued the latest A-share market report recently, stating that both A- and H shares delivered strong H117 results, but H217 slowdown is expected.
报告指出，瑞银证券估算MSCI China指数成份的收入/净利润同比分别增长15%/17%，剔除金融股后增速达19%/42%。
The report has pointed out that UBS Securities calculations show the aggregate revenue and net profit of MSCI China constituents grew by 15%/17% YoY, or 19%/42% excluding financials.
A股收入/净利润同比增长22%/18%，剔除金融股后上半年盈利同比增长37.5%，其中二季度（26%）较一季度（54%）有所放缓，符合预期。
For A shares, revenue and earnings grew by 22% and 18% YoY, respectively. Excluding financials, A-share earnings rose by 37.5% YoY in H1, with Q2 (up 26%) slower than Q1 (up 54%), as we expected.
尽管非金融部门总体净利润率上升，但原材料价格上涨确实已经给部分行业的利润率产生了下行压力，电力、石化、白电、食品加工和服装等行业的毛利率和净利率均出现同比下滑。
Despite the overall improvement in net margin, rising raw material prices placed downward pressure on certain sectors, such as power generation, petrochemicals, white goods, food processing and apparel, which recorded YoY declines in gross and net margins.

Hays says that disruption could be good for older workers

There is no ‘business as usual’ as far as digital disruption is concerned, but one unique way organisations can prepare for such uncertainty is to employ more older workers, says recruiting experts Hays, in the latest edition of the Hays Journal.

According to recruiting experts Hays, while younger digital natives are often thought of as an organisation’s best response to the rapid pace of change, a workforce with older experienced employees is often more prepared to face change.
“如果一家企业拥有多元化的员工团队（由数字时代的年轻人和各行各业40、50乃至60多岁的老资历员工组成），那么它就能运用多个领域内的经验应对挑战。”瀚纳仕大中华区执行总监兰熙蒙说。
“When an organisation creates a diverse workforce – of younger digital natives as well as experienced professionals in their 40s, 50s and 60s from various industries – they have a team that will bring knowledge from various backgrounds to the challenges faced,” Says Simon Lance, Managing Director of Hays Greater China.

A small minority of Chinese manufacturing companies are significantly outperforming their industry peers by combining strong commitment to digital initiatives with strong financial performance, according to new analysis by Accenture.

The analysis shows that Digital High Performers use growth in the core to generate the investment to scale new market opportunities. This comprehensive approach enables them to turn digital investments into sustained financial performance.

The Accenture Digital Performance research, published in Rotating to the New: How can Manufacturing Companies in China Thrive in the Digital Age, examines 170 manufacturing companies in China across six industry sectors. The research was done in collaboration with the National Research and Development Center for Industrial Information Security and the China Service Platform for Integration of Information and Industrialization.
